Wihlborgs hiring out in Malmö to Mechanum
Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Mechanum Sweden AB for a total of 4,400 square meters within the property Stocken 2 on Västkustvägen. Possession will take place as of 1 October 2010. Mechanum is Sweden's first multi-brand car-repair garage with authorized service and with three facilities in Gothenburg.
- Honda was the previous tenant in the building, during the spring they moved to new premises at Svågertorp, which we built especially for them, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
- We are pleased that we successfully hired out the entire property so soon after Honda left the premises. We renovate and partly rebuild the property for Mechanum to suit their business. This is Mechanums first facility in the region and we welcome them to Malmö and wish them good luck, concluded Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
